5. Learner’s Permit Application

a. Applications for a Learner’s Permit are non-refundable.

b. Learner’s Permits are approved by Transport Malta, a process that typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

c. To be eligible for a Learner’s Permit, you must have resided in Malta for at least 185 days in the last calendar year.

d. An individual cannot hold more than one driving licence at any given time.

e. No person may commence on-road training before obtaining a Learner’s Permit.

6. Age Requirements for Licence Categories

a. Applicants for a Category B Licence must be at least 18 years old.

b. Applicants for Category D1 and D Licences must be at least 21 years old.

7. Booking a Lesson

a. Upon booking a lesson with an Instructor, you will receive an email confirmation. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

8. No-Shows and Cancellation Fee

a. No-shows for Motoring School lessons are non-refundable and subject to a cancellation fee.

b. Cancellations of motoring school lessons are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on your preferences. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will incur a cancellation fee.

c. The cancellation fee is equivalent to the full price of the lesson.

9. Student’s Responsibilities

a. Students are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

b. Students must arrive punctually for scheduled lessons and notify the Instructor at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to reschedule.

c. Students must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during driving lessons.

10. Company’s Responsibilities

a. The Company will provide qualified Instructors for driving lessons.

b. The Company will endeavour to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.

c. The Company will comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing driving instruction.

11. User Conduct

Users must not engage in any activities that disrupt or compromise the functionality or security of the website.

12. Payment and Refunds

13. Third-Party Links

14. Termination
